Updating Our Corporate Presence

Dear Investor,

Following the recent announcement regarding Tritent International Corp. (OTCID: TICJ) and Super Fresh Foods Inc., we have been working through the process of updating the All Your Meals and Super Fresh Foods corporate presence to reflect the announced agreement. The transaction remains subject to closing.

Over the past week, this work has included updates across our social media channels, All Your Meals websites and other digital properties associated with Super Fresh Foods.

You may notice changes to company descriptions, corporate references, profile information and other details as these updates are rolled out across our various online channels.

Tritent has also begun making corresponding updates across its own corporate communications and online presence. This includes bringing the respective company information and public-facing references into greater alignment following the announcement.

While these are primarily administrative updates, they represent an important part of bringing the companies’ public-facing communications into alignment with the announced agreement.

We expect this process to continue as various websites, social channels and other digital properties are reviewed and updated. We will continue to provide shareholders with updates as appropriate as this work progresses.
