This week focused heavily on platform readiness, website optimization, and operational preparation ahead of upcoming launches in Vancouver and North Carolina.

The refreshed front pages for both All Your Meals and All Your Meals YVR are now live and preparing for Sunday launch activity. Performance metrics improved significantly across the network, including major gains in mobile speed, desktop performance, and SEO visibility. The flagship site improved mobile performance from 29 to 59, desktop performance from 43 to 86, and SEO score from 73 to 92.

Operationally, the team finalized and uploaded the new Vancouver menu while continuing development work for North Carolina kitchen onboarding. Focus areas for the coming week include onboarding systems, customer welcome flows, menu finalization, and stress-testing ordering and fulfillment infrastructure in both NC and YVR markets.

The corporate platform at company.allyourmeals.com continues to evolve, with discussions underway regarding a full redesign and upgraded investor-facing experience.

Current priorities remain execution-focused: improving website speed, launching new advertising campaigns, transitioning allyourmealsGTA.com into the primary allyourmeals.com brand structure, and preparing operational systems for scale.

The AYM Coin Platform remains active as development and ecosystem integration continue.
