Weekly Corporate Update

All Your Meals continues to advance its U.S. expansion strategy through an asset-light operating model designed to accelerate growth while maintaining capital efficiency. During the week, management worked closely with its expansion partner on preparations for the launch of AllYourMeals.com across Eastern Pennsylvania, Northern Delaware, and the Greater Boston area, marking the first phase of the company's broader Eastern Seaboard strategy.

The expansion leverages an established co-packing and fulfillment network near Scranton, Pennsylvania, providing immediate production capacity and access to key population centres without the capital expense of building company-owned facilities. This approach allows the company to direct more resources toward customer acquisition, marketing, and technology while maintaining operational flexibility as additional regional markets are added.

Management believes these partnerships represent an important milestone in transforming All Your Meals from a regional operator into a scalable North American brand. With production infrastructure, digital systems, and marketing platforms now established, the company's focus is shifting toward executing market launches, growing brand awareness, expanding strategic partnerships, and building recurring revenue across some of the largest meal delivery markets in the United States.
