All Your Meals Weekly Investor Update
Platform Stability & Strategic Execution
All Your Meals advanced operational, marketing, technology, and public-market initiatives while prioritizing platform stability for long-term growth.
Full Update
Over the past week, our focus has remained on positioning All Your Meals for scalable growth while ensuring that the technology platform supporting our operations is ready for long-term expansion. Although backend software updates from our ecommerce partner continue to delay implementation of the newest platform features, we believe launching on a stable foundation is more important than rushing changes that could negatively affect the customer experience. This disciplined approach will allow us to scale with confidence across multiple markets.
Operational Progress
The U.S. website remains fully operational while we continue waiting for software updates from our white-label ecommerce provider. Rather than introducing unnecessary risk, management has chosen to delay implementation until current platform issues affecting several meal-prep companies have been resolved. Website performance remains strong from an SEO perspective, ensuring we maintain visibility while technical improvements continue.
In Vancouver, the refreshed website is now live and we expect to launch a new menu this weekend. At the same time, negotiations continue with a new Vancouver co-packing partner to further improve product quality and support future expansion throughout British Columbia.
Marketing and Customer Acquisition
New Meta advertising campaigns are now running, supported by our recently appointed social media manager. While we continue to evaluate customer acquisition metrics and conversion performance, these campaigns are providing valuable market data that will help optimize future advertising spend as we scale operations.
Strategic Expansion
Progress continues on several important strategic initiatives.
Our partnership discussions with a Pennsylvania production partner remain active while software integration work continues. Simultaneously, negotiations with a new Vancouver production partner are progressing, supporting our objective of strengthening operations on both sides of the border.
In parallel, discussions continue with a Florida-based investment group regarding financing and a proposed Reverse Takeover (RTO) into an existing public company shell. During the week, management provided extensive due diligence materials and financial statements to prospective investment partners as part of the evaluation process.
Technology
Although website performance metrics experienced some fluctuations during the week, all company websites continue to maintain excellent SEO performance. Management believes maintaining platform stability is the correct long-term decision while our software provider completes improvements to the new ecommerce platform.
Digital Assets
The AYM Token platform remains active and fully operational. However, promotional activities will continue to be deferred until two significant milestones have been achieved:
- Completion of the U.S. retail launch.
- Advancement of the company's public market strategy through the planned Reverse Takeover.
This measured approach ensures the token ecosystem launches alongside broader corporate growth initiatives.
Looking Ahead
Management's priorities for the coming week include:
- Launching the updated Vancouver menu.
- Advancing agreements with both Pennsylvania and Vancouver production partners.
- Working toward execution of a Letter of Intent with investors for the proposed public market transaction.
- Continuing digital advertising while refining customer acquisition performance.
Closing Comments
Every successful growth company reaches a point where execution depends not only on vision but on patience and disciplined decision-making. Our strategy remains unchanged: build reliable infrastructure, establish scalable production partnerships, strengthen our marketing systems, and position All Your Meals for sustained expansion throughout North America.
While software integration timelines and investment discussions continue to influence the pace of execution, the underlying business continues to move forward. We believe these deliberate decisions today will create a stronger, more scalable company tomorrow.
On behalf of everyone at All Your Meals, thank you for your continued confidence and support as we continue building long-term shareholder value.
