U.S. operations are live. We entered North Carolina as our first U.S. market — and the foundation is already built. Systems are proven, logistics are running, and demand is generating revenue. Canada Operations

New menus are in development, generating fresh buzz and expanding our market reach — keeping the brand relevant while deepening customer loyalty in an already-established market. Our payment infrastructure handles multi-currency transactions, flexible subscription billing, and seamless checkout across both Canada and the U.S. It's fully compliant, fast, and designed to grow with us as we expand into new markets. Custom Software

The technology is built. Operations run on our own infrastructure. Our proprietary software manages everything — customer ordering, subscriptions, multi-state fulfillment, and delivery routing — all in one system. Kitchen workflows are automated, labeling is streamlined, and logistics sync in real time across every market we operate in. It's not off-the-shelf. It's built specifically for how we operate, which means no workarounds, no third-party dependencies slowing us down, and no rebuilding as we scale. Billing, customer communication, and upselling are all integrated — driving retention and revenue without adding headcount. The infrastructure that typically takes years to build is already running. 3PL Shipping

Distribution is solved — without owning a single truck. We've partnered with national and regional cold-chain 3PL providers to handle delivery across every market we operate in. Temperature control is maintained end-to-end, product quality is consistent, and fulfillment is fast — regardless of distance. The model is asset-light by design. As we expand into new markets, we plug into existing logistics networks rather than building our own. No warehouses. No fleets. No heavy capital outlay. The distribution infrastructure scales with us. We grow the business, not the overhead.

Co-Pack Infrastructure

Production is positioned where our customers are. Co-packers are strategically placed near our key U.S. markets — Florida, Nevada, and North Carolina — keeping production close to demand. That means shorter transit times, fresher product, and lower fulfillment costs across the continental U.S. Overnight delivery is already supported at scale. As customer demand grows, the network grows with it — without us owning or operating a single production facility. We've built a national production footprint without the capital cost of one.
